Books and Bball

I was in one of my periods where I had a lot of facial hair. I was also wearing a hat on my Afro.

Notice the books and basketball in the milk crates to my left, in the lower right side of the image.

The college textbooks contained my photos on the inside and sometimes on the cover, published by Prentice-Hall (which was eventually bought by Pearson).

The basketball was a purchase that was used when I would sometimes go out in the early morning and shoot hoops alone at a local playground. I was just playing catch up with a sport that I normally didn't play since I was far more into running,  swimming and bicycle riding. I was a loner who preferred solo sports which I could do at any time without the need for another person. So no one ever saw me shoot basketballs, meaning no one can dispute that I was excellent at it.
