In the morning, I rise with the shine

lifted in the brightening expanse

I am bathed and energized

prepared for a brilliant day

when I am out in the world

everyone sees who I am

I am approachable and explorable

and so are they

Moon

in the evening I settle down in the dark

calmed in the infinity of space

I am enveloped and relaxed

entering an unlit night

I am inside and away

No one sees who I am

I am hidden and unknown

and so are they
